Hi
Sup, the name's Fez. Been a turtles fan for most of my life, and I've been lurking around on these forums for a few months now. Decided to stop hiding and join you guys. Primarily a fan of the 2003 Animated Series, as that's what I grew up with, but I love every other iteration as well. (The Next Mutation never happened, I don't know what you're talking about.)

Welcome!
I admire the storytelling, pacing, and tone of the 2003 cartoon. It had a nice character set, I just want a bit more of a 1987 cartoon character set injection. Can't get everything. Quote:

Who can agree on every single detail of a big franchise?

Welcome. I’m a big TMNT fan too, though I’ve never read the comics and don’t have an interest in the newer stuff (2012, Rise, etc.).
I grew up with the 1987 series and still like it but not as much as the 2003 one. I also like the 1990 and 2007 films (don’t like Secret of the Ooze but TMNT 3 is a guilty pleasure). I actually liked Next Mutation when I was a kid, probably because it was live-action, but I watched the first few episodes of it a few years ago and it was awful. It wasn’t the show I remembered it being. Agreed. I started rewatching the series recently and it holds up well, even though it has flaws. My favourite TMNT series and one of the best cartoons ever.
