So continuity wise, this take place before the last few episodes, right?

Well, i definitely appreciate this episode more than the pilot. Certainly better handled on several aspects though theres still more for alot of improvements. Do love the idea of that hypercube-like trap.

I’m not sure if you guys can read this pic, I’m not good at posting pics from mobile, but apparently all of the mutants shown in that graphic were previous characters. And mikeyandpizza says they’re ALL bad guys, including Leatherhead. |

Since Draxum referred to himself as one, I guess it is safe to assume at this point that the mystical underground city is in fact a yokai city? (At that point I'm wishing this was taking place in Japan, not NYC.)

This episode actually wasn't bad. Better than the last half-hour episode and it's up there with Origami Tsunami for me. If only the rest of the series could be like this. Leo showing more of his intelligence and intuition is always a plus. Hopefully when he becomes the leader, he'll be above making fun of Raph. He'll likely be shocked about it rather than do that, though. Nice to also see the Raph vs Leo arguments again after Shell in a Cell.

If the owner of that page has connections to an inside source, that is pretty bold of them to post links to pirated episode videos...

As Leatherhead put it in his 2003 debut, “My sentiments exactly.” Sadly, they’re extremely prolific on that site, so it’s easier said than done to try to expose what we do know of the truth, especially since I know enough about Tumblr to know that misinformation easily goes viral there in the first place.

That was a great episode! One of my favorites so far!
And yeah that wouldn't be Sandstorm it would be more like Groundchuck. |

Spoiler:
I'm kind of confused by that character in the image. Agree that what does look like a matador outfit makes it a weird and unlikely fit for a camel. At the same time, if this is a bull... where are the horns? Those should be obvious, no question. At best...I see what looks more like hair or a matador hat? Rather than obvious horns. There are points in it, sure, but it doesn't look right and the point on the right looks like it comes up beside or over his neck, not coming out from the forehead as it aught to. (Even attached to the middle bend, that is still a strange bend and direction for a bull horn...) Add in the fact that we've already had one guy turn into a bull, and -- though my attempts to get an image for comparison be damned - I'm pretty sure he didn't look like that and more like an obvious bull? I mean if anyone is going to be Groundchuck or a spin off... (Can anyone get a pic of him? I see Nick has the video unlocked but it wants to fight me and just gives me an error and "try again later." ) I'm probably entirely wrong, but honestly I feel the character in that image looks more horse-like in the face. But not sure that makes sense either... Apparently, according to Google, bull fighting on horseback is a thing, but not really the image the average person thinks of when picturing a matador. edit: UNLESS -- new theory -- the outfit has nothing to do with the character's former life and it relates to some battle nexus thing, playing matador in a fight against the guy from the hotel that was mutated into a bull. “Finally, something happened!”
Nice to see them address what actually is the meat and potatoes of the show’s story, rather than just minor mutant opponents. |

Sooo... I read that this episode is, chronologically speaking, the seventh episode. I'm a bit confused with the air dates, tho. Was any episode aired after Bug Busters?

Nope, nothing this past weekend.
Why does Nick do that, always seeming like when there is a holiday they won't air a new one. They did that with 2012 as well. Yet some of their shows get new ones airing. |

Thank you! Their schedule confuses me so much, I wonder why they do that. Oo One would think that this could affect the ratings.

Right? I'm surprised how quickly it has been relegated to similar scheduling as its predecessor.
