Finally got my Triceraton today (the extra two months were on me waiting for Jada's Elec Man and Cut Man to come in) and while I think all the criticisms are valid... this is easily the best figure Super7 has put out for this line overall.
I did want to speak to the knees specifically, though, as that seems to be one of the three biggest complaints about this guy. The knees DO look terrible if you bend them much past neutral... but I can't fathom any reason why you ever would. They're like the only joint on this guy with any range and the rest of the articulation is so limited, he'd just look weird with his knees at any kind of extreme bend. At any rate, best Super7 TMNT figure by a longshot in my opinion. Not at all related, but if there are any Mega Man fans on here, the Jada figures are basically perfect and they just generally have some of the best QC I've seen in a modern line. Highly recommend them if you're a fan of the series. |

Back to the topic... It's been almost six months since wave 12 was solicited. Since then, we've only gotten the SDCC exclusives and two more glow-in-the-dark surprise drops. Add in wave 12 now being delayed until June and wave 13 is still MIA which seems nuts. It just seems like all the momentum died with Rat King getting released because it's now been over a year since we got anything vintage-esque revealed. |

pretty sure Super7 has moved on from the Vintage style classics line
You'd think all the interviews Brian Flynn gets that someone would just ask him straight up and then be given the answers in return. Seems no-one really knows how to ask questions. Robo is too busy stroking Flynn, while the others are just gushing over the fact they get to interview flynn to begin with. Meanwhile, customers (who supported the line paying full prices) just want simple yes or no questions answered. |

Even if he were to give an answer, it’d mostly likely be open ended as to not close the door entirely on FOMO fans still buying into the line without hesitation in hopes that vintage gets announced.

And I have no idea how reliable Kyle is for information, but the chat actually did ask him about the vintage recreations on a recent-ish episode of GDL, and he claimed they were still going to be doing alternate waves of 2K3 and "vintage-inspired," so take that for what you will. I wanna say this was in September or October-ish. |
