I have a bunch of vintage Star Wars mostly figures, not all though. The potf I am still missing several. Have some vehicles, wax packs, cardbacks. I have been trying to complete the first 21 on card, but most are slit open bubbles which suits me fine.
I started collecting the newer, post 95 figures but quit, it was just too much.

star wars black series for pre-order on amazon now. just search and you'll find them all. Both the smaller and 6" figures. Sadly they did jack the prices up a little. I am thinking about using BBTS... i can't find them cheaper anywhere else (including the shipping)

I'm only interested in the 6" stuff but I might get the 3.5" vader simply because I don't currently have a vader figure

the amazon listings are also interesting because you can see each figure in-packaging in the product details

The Boba Fett is 6" and it looks incredible. I am not sure if the carbonite comes with every one... it might be SDCC exclusive. Here are pics

http://www.rebelscum.com/story/front...ate_151973.asp

*edit* yeah the carbonite version is definitely a con exclusive. I guess I'll just get the regular version It will still be awesome either way. I'm guessing he will be in wave 2... I hope

I'm wondering if Boba Fett by himself will be in an upcoming series, though.

I bought as much as I could from the "sneak peek" Attack of the Clones through to the first few waves of Revenge Of The Sith, concentrating on the 3 and 3/4 stuff (though I have a fair few 12'')

I don't really buy any anymore because I have WAAAAY too many of them...I just went nuts for a couple of years!!!
I did pick up Dr Evazan a while ago though (who I always called/called bumb faced man as a kid/now)

In retrospect I only care about the stuff from the original movies

Pride of my collection is Jabbas palace, when I set that up again one day Ill take and post pics.

I have a few SW figures as well, and my hubby still has his old Vader carry-case with all his figures in it. His collection has the Luke with the yellow light-saber, and I have Mara Jade (my fave piece!) and a Special Edition Jedi Luke that was part of a promotion when the SE RotJ was released in theaters. It was one of only 1000, and they were only given out to theater employees. A friend of mine worked in a movie theater, and got two- he gave me one of them.

I also have the Queen Amidala in the red gown (the one from the beginning of PM with the long hair-tails on the sides.) Most of my collection is still in the packages, but unfortunately, that one is not, as two of my cousins got into my collection while we were living with my grandmother (and my uncle and said cousins) and they opened several of them. Fortunately, the Mara and the SE Luke are still safe!

So, who has some of the new black series figs? Anyone got the SDCC Boba Fett?

What are your impressions of the 6" line so far?
