Looking to buy these but not sure where I should buy them from. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with Big Bad Toy Store? How about any good eBay sellers? I've seen amiami get good reviews, but they are sold out of leo and raph.

BBTS is pretty solid, and if you live in the US the shipping won't be extremely expensive.

They also have really awesome customer service. In the past when I've gotten defective figures they were good about replacing them quickly.

Thanks so much for the info! I am in the US. considered going with an eBay seller called Tokyo Hobby because they were a little cheaper...but I think I'll go with BBTS after your recommendations. The peace of mind that comes with good customer service seems important with a high price/fragile collectible like this.

Just realized that figma figure stands can be used on the revoltech turtles.

For what it's worth, I got mine from Tokyo Hobby. I didn't have any issues that necessitated any special treatment, but I successfully gave them money, and got a thing for it.

Thanks for the info! Now i'm torn - they had the better price, but i've heard about people having production issues with this line, so i'd like to have the option to return/exchange.

Yeah, they use the same dimensions for their pegs. Even body parts can be swapped, as I gave my Revoltech. queen's Blade Branwen the Figma plate armor From Berserk.

FWIW, you can't go wrong with BBTS. I've been shopping with them for years and always been well taken care of by their support staff if I've had an issue. I got Raph from BBTS, but have the rest on the way from Tokyo Hobby because of the price. From what others have said, sounds like you won't have problems from Tokyo Hobby (which makes me feel better), but ordering from BBTS may be worth the extra piece of mind.

Thanks for the info! I think either place is probably a good choice, but I'm leaning towards BBTS. I think you're right about it being worth the piece of mind.

I honestly never did the research. I found it a while back when searching for TMNT wallpapers.

Just did a reverse image search on it, nothing came up. Could just be fanart...?

It's just tacky try-hard edgy fan art.

Not saying I'd make love to the pic or anything, but it looks fine. Certainly no worse than any of your art.

It's not a knock against the artists' abilities, just the execution of the concept. It feels forced. People always rave about that series of pics & I think they're highly overrated. Blood & tears are such a cop-out way of conveying emotion and/or the weight of a situation.

There's a series? Mightest I enquire on the whereabouts of said series?

I ordered my set of four from Tokyo Hobby on eBay as well. The only hang up for me was it took a solid two weeks to come in and didn't have a tracking number. However, I don't mind waiting if it means saving money. They were well packaged and came in clean.

It only took yours two weeks? Mine took 3.5 weeks.
