Another one! Here's what Jim has to say about it:

One of the more enigmatic scenes of volume 4 was the event in the town of Swelfields ( issue 28 ). It was very brief, but striking for how odd it was. Quite simply, and without explanation, we saw the residents going about their business, and then suddenly lying down head-to-toe in the street. So- in my pretend continuation of volume 4, this was something that I wanted to tackle. I saw this as a test- a test of mass mind control from some as yet unknown villain. That past event sets up the scene shown here- where the residents of that small town have all traveled to New York in order to group attack the Turtles- again acting without knowledge or free will.

I'm loving doing these fake covers. They are totally just for fun and I'm not trying to prod Pete or get an agenda out there. Hopefully when I'm in the mood to do one, I'll just knock one out and that will be that. The first 4 were big and I colored them. This one is smaller- measuring 8.5 x 13 (my standard working size). As well, I'll probably leave this one black and white, and the others to follow, if I do more.
