Leading on from the crossover, Arrowverse is getting its own Batwoman show on the CW.

It's another CW show, so I won't be checking it out, but that's pretty cool irregardless.

I just hope this show doesn't follow the terrible Supergirl Formula aka

1. Pushing there Liberal Agenda in Certain Episodes
2. Girl Power to the extreme
3. Lesbian Relationship takes over half the season instead of the superhero aspect.
4. Pandering to SJW's.

That shouldn't be too hard, it's pretty much the formula for every other superhero thing on the air.

I'm assuming that since Kate Kane is getting her own TV show, we can count her out for any big-screen appearances for the foreseeable future...

I just hope this show is more like Black Lightning in terms of tone, pacing and writing and less like Supergirl. After how the latest season ended, I think I'm close to giving it up.

I agree 100% I gave up on Supergirl 4 episodes before s3 ended because it was terrible. If Batwoman is more like black lightning that would be perfect. I Love black lightning

A superhero show can still cover social issues without doing it as awfully as some Supergirl episodes did. The start of season 2 actually handled this well IMO, until the season kept on going and everything that related to real life issues starting sounding like they took a 13 year old's fanfiction and filmed it.

Not everything is black and white. I believe that a superhero show exploring those issues can be interesting and break the mold that others fall into. But saying that it shouldn't take the Supergirl path sounds like a solid idea.

This actually quite bad for me, as I really would like to see, Batwoman movie with stylized approach.
Maybe a rare case where Snyder would have been appropriate (as long as he wasn't anywhere close to the handling characters, that is).
