It's a cultural thing and society is generally receptive to such a radical change. Something that deviates from the standard norm such as this would obviously cause an uproar. It might not be justified, but there's some reason to why this is frustrating.

Lets be honest here though, we shouldn't victimize the United States for this when in different facets of entertainment such as anime, the U.S. is clearly shown to lag behind and thus, be susceptible to potential spoilers. The U.S. is quite frankly just as much of a victim of this as Korea is.

Except that people from the U.S and other countries can use legal streaming sites to get caught up on the latest anime.

Yeah it's not as dark as the last 3, it's a light tone episode with a couple of serious moments.
