A second chance for Venus de Milo?

Can any of us wish Venus de Milo deserves a second chance?

If anything, instead of being someone who doesn't understand cool, I can reimagine her with K-Pop vibes.

I could think of a hundred ways to make Venus De Milo work....

..but the knee-jerk hatred reaction to the character is too strong in the fandom to attempt such a move. Which is a shame, because she could work with a new story.

I think any character has potential and deserves a second chance to shine.
So yeah, Venus appearing again in another iteration (provided they did her right) wouldn't be so bad.

It would be funny yet bizzare (and make alot of fans mad) if Venus came out of nowhere in season 5 of Nick toon. Can you imagine Shinigami getting mutagen on her and suddenly, poof!

On the other hand, I was scared in season 2 when Karai was getting mutated. Out of dread, I didn't notice there was snake mutagen In the DNA, and when Karai fell, I thought the show was about to jump the shark in all directions.

Heck, I thought even April was going to turn into Venus for a minute when she fell into the vat of mutagen (I think one of the guys touched her just before she fell in?) ... until we found out she was immune.

As for alternate weapons, what about a pair of kamas? Or tonfas? Something a bit different from the guys. I could see her as an archer. Or maybe a blowgun. Or using the "steel-cloak" or metal ribbons seen in some anime.

But NM Mikey had Tonfa.

I could see her with kama though...or the bow and arrow.

I don't like Venus, but if I had to give her weapons, I think it would be interesting to see her fighting bare fisted as opposed to the weapon heavy fighting style of the turtles.

My best friend really think she deserves another chance. Since he was a die-hard fan of Power Rangers as a kid, he thought the crossover in Power Rangers in Space with the Turtles from Next Mutation was the coolest thing in the entire world. However, I'm sure that plenty of young kids felt the same way. Next Mutation really was the first 'TMNT' series he was a fan of. He never saw enough of the Fred Wolf series. I don't think that Venus de Milo will ever return because that is the one series that the franchise is trying to distance itself as far away as it could.

I can see how Venus being a member of the Pantheon would work. Especially with the suggestion that many of them have been lost because they fought among each other. Maybe she could be thought to be dead, but managed to "disappear" for a long while and at some point reveals herself to the turtles.

But that would probably mean taking on the role that Aka already has.
