Favourite late-seasons

During most TMNT TV-series, the final seasons give us major changes. Which one of these is your favourite?

I love the Red Sky seasons the most.

Very fitting to have a psuedo-apocalyptic setting towards the end of a long running show in my opinion, and I liked many of the original characters and concepts introduced during that time.

I also voted for those.

I think for the 4Kids series, it should only be the Fast Forward and Back To The Sewer seasons. Season five was the natural progression/conclusion to the story told in the first four seasons. It wasn't a radical change in tone like the Red Sky era was to seasons 1-7 of the original cartoon.

You know, to be honest, I don't think that the Nick series really had a change late in the show the way that the first two cartoons did. All five seasons were pretty much the same.

One reason I prefer Red Sky over Fastforward/Btts and Tales of the Tmnt is because the former continues the story of that respective tmnt show and concludes it whereas the latter felt like Post-Game content in my opinion.

Thats not to day I dislike the others, Tales was especially great in my opinion while I have a soft spot for Fast Forward and appreciate it for trying something entirely new.

Fast Forward has grown on me over the years. You get to see that the Turtles have a positive effect on the future, but at the same time, the New York of 2105 isn't a bed of roses.

"The Journal" is probably one of my favorite stories out of the whole franchise.

Hahahahaha! Oh man, I don't know if you intended for it to come out like that but it's hilarious regardless.

Unlike most people on here, I liked the ninja tribunal and back to the sewers seasons. Fast forward is just terrible, though, ugh.

IDW is the best version of TMNT

If they make a TMNT reboot movie retelling the shredder battle/origin, I won't buy a ticket.

Never got that far mate. Maybe one day I'll watch the entire seasons of the other shows.

Yeah, me too.

Atleast marathoning the show won't be a problem since we know season 5's exact intended chronology, but the airing order sucked. I mean, the actual season finale hasn't even on Nickelodeon yet.

The series finished on Nickelodeon, 12 November 2017.

Red Sky seasons for me. While they definitely have their flaws, I think they introduced some interesting ideas and scenarios. I would have preferred some to get better execution but they were still overall enjoyable. Still feel it has the best finale.

Fast Forward I actually didn’t mind too much. It had some fun characters and I still love the concept of the Dark Turtles. Similar to Red Sky, it just felt like it needed better execution of ideas. I was not a fan of Back to the Sewers with a few episodes being the exception.

Season 5 of The Nick show is fun and probably some of the best stories since the first season. That being said though, I’m just not a big fan of the Nick show donit ranks lower for that reason

Divide and Conquer is a little bit weak for being a series finale, but season 10 in general is good.
