Live Action Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers
Disney's planning on makin a live action Rescue Rangers movie!! Considering that the film is being done as an origin story I have a feeling there'll be more Rescue Rangers movies to come.

...I really don't know how to feel about this. On one hand, it's Chip N' Dale. On the other hand, it's live action...

Gummie Bears would have made more sense.

They already did this. It was called G-Force.

Pretty cool. I'll see it.
Alvin and the Chipmunks weren't bad. The third one, Chipwrecked, was pretty boring though. Disney will probably do a good job.

Weeeell, ok I'll give it a try. Loved that show when I was a kid anyway. I wouldn't oppose Gummie Bears and Darkwing. I'm with Z and Jester on that. This is cool too. Bring it on, Disney. Hope Fatcat is in the origin story.

Great. I love Alvin & the Chipmunks (the third one kinda sucks though..), so I expect it'll be similar visually.

I used to love Rescue Rangers when I was a kid. Gummi Bears and Darkwing Duck were cool, too, though Mom was more into DWD than me. I think they should do Talespin, too.

I would prefer completely CGI (because traditional animation is mostly extinct).
Something about the interaction between live action and obvious cartoon characters is kind of eerie. If it's not as well done as Gollum it just looks wrong to me. |

I'd see a completely CGI movie. Hopefully the live action cgi isn't bad.

So they're gonna take a cue from the Chipmunks movies and (apparently) the new Peabody & Sherman movie, and make the entire thing a bunch of poop/fart jokes strung together by some poor-grade CGI?
Seriously, anyone notice how prominent poop/fart jokes have become in these remakes of kids' properties? I honestly don't remember, but did we really think farts were that funny back when we were 8? I guess I'll see it eventually. I loved the cartoon, but recent remakes don't give me much hope.
