Which episode is this? 80s cartoon.

can anyone tell me where this cel is from? ive seen the original 5 part series to death and i cannot remember this from it. Its definitely in the Japanese style rather than Fred wolf. Any info about this would be great.

ok thanks... for a few frames it kinda looked like the first series, but mostly not.

I was kinda hoping for a one off Japanese episode that i missed in season 3 or something.

(a bit like the transformers episode "call of the primitives" in season 3)

The animation in the opening of the Nick special is spectacular, looks right like it was taken straight from season 1's "Shredder and Splintered"
