Because Jurassic Park used Animatronics not CGI. Also one reason the Lord of the Rings movies looked so good, Peter Jackson used as little CG as he possibly could.

Hmm...I got Seinfeld seasons 1 &2, and season 3 for christmas, along w/ friends season 8. I also just bought the happy gilmore/billy madison collection, and city at war last week.

Bought the Spider-Man 2 Gift Set (R1, with the comic), but the larger paper box that contained the smaller box with all the good stuff was a bit wrinkled during shipping. So the kind people I bought from sent me another, which results in one set I've already opened and watched, one undamaged box to keep, one damaged box the throw away, and finally a shrinkwrapped set (for free) to sell

Now I'm just waiting for my Lord Of The Rings extended set from Amazon (stupid estimated latest shipping date of the 19th...)

How?

Anyway, I went hunting for the back to the future trilogy on DVD today because Best Buy has it on sale for 20 bucks, but they were all sold out. And for some reason neither Best Buy or Target had Predator 2 SE, and the Warner Gangster collection is too rich for my blood, soI ended up just settling for The Thing-Collectors edition

My dad just got home from work and picked up the Predator 2 SE on his way home. Woot! I feel complete.

Brodie, you were wrong. It was $13.78, not 13.
