Factory Sealed or not? - Flushomatic

I recently purchased this Flushomatic playset and plan on getting it graded. I wanted to get your opinion on whether or not it looks opened or unopened:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/112798012475

Hoping it doesn't get rejected! I'm new to toy collecting so I don't have the experience yet to tell whether or not things have been opened.

Well... The listing only states that it's MIB. The listing doesn't state that it's MISB.

The item is also listed as being new, unopened.

An item that's MIB can also be sealed, no?

Aside from all that, does it look factory to you?

If the tape along the edges is still intact, I'd say it's likely never been opened.

I don't know. To me, that he wrote MIB instead of MISB leads me to believe that he's covering his tracks incase you try to cause his issues later on.

To answer your question: Yes, it looks factory sealed. Is it? I couldn't say.

I can honestly say I have never used the term MISB for any listing.

Either I'm ignorant of the importance of that "S" or its been an oversight for years. I wouldnt be too scared. I am sure its probably an oversight, but if you have a question ask the seller. If its misrepresented after the question is asked that gives you recourse for a refund.
