Ask a question, get an answer.
So after seeing/ using Rose's thread in the comic section I thought it would be great if we got one like it stickied here in the Toy/Collectible Discussion.
So this is where you can ask any and all of your TMNT toy/ collectible questions. No question is too large, no question is too small. No question too obscure! Someone around here is bound to know the answer. It can be "How much is this MOC figure worth?" or "How rare is this TMNT shaving kit?" This is your place to ask. So ask away. |

Pretty sure we had one of this sometime last year, but maybe not... Either way it's sticky worthy & sure to be of good use.

I'll certainly be able to come up with more questions, but I'm actually kinda curious. How rare are they?
I had one as a kid, and while I'm confident that it's mostly, if not entirely, gone by now, it would be nice to know how possible it would be to dig up an old set for a collection. I honestly can't even find a picture of the one I had. Though it doesn't help that all I really remember about it was the razor, which was white and orange. Only kit I can find a picture of has a green one.

Edit: For reference, this is the one picture I've been able to find online: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TglgU3TNZv...having-kit.png Quote:
Edit: Here's two questions I just thought of... 1. What's a good price for the four turtle figures that were released with the season seven DVD sets? 2. I've been watching through the '03 series (I want to say I've seen it in it's entirety), and was wondering. Has the phrase "ninjutsu action" ever been used as the title of a toy's gimmick?

Thanks for the pic. I'm confident that's the one I had growing up. Only picture I could find was of the green-razored one, so I wasn't sure if the one I had was from a different year or what. There's a chance I might be able to find the brush and razor...maybe...

About $75. Peeling stickers seem to get more common over time as aging causes the stickiness to wear off. But it still can be called 100% complete so there will be some demand, and I've seen a complete loose Technodrome go for $100 before.

What's up with the openings at the bottom of the carded figures?

Did they ever make a Renet figure, or a prototype? I could've sworn I saw a prototype for the 2k3 line.
