You could even argue that the turning point for that show wasn't Season 8 with shredder being the main villain, but season 7 for being the last season with the "classic" feel established since episode 1. Anyways, back on topic: As awesome as Kavaxas is, he just won't be able to keep the show going like the Shredder did in all incarnations. Its one of the ten commandments of making a turtles show that you have to make Shredder the main villain. Last edited by FredWolfLeonardo; 03-19-2017 at 08:57 PM. |

Alright, so we can pretty much assume Hothead (let's just be honest here, Mikey said it twice, pretty soon other characters will call him that and it's probably what the toy will be labeled as) does indeed bring Shredder back based on the intro, but how will he do it in a way that screws Tiger Claw over?

He'll probably just be a mindless beast trying to kill everything in sight.

I'd say it's pretty much a quarter for Spongebob, quarter for TMNT and the remaining half is split between Dora the explorer, paw patrol and older Nick cartoons like Rugrats and Ren & Stimpy. Stuff like Breadwinners, Loud House and all the live action stuff like the Thundermans, don't really get a look in.

You can't EXPECT 7 seasons/150+ episodes with an action cartoon. Look at He-Man and Thundercats. The 2002 He-Man cartoon was amazing and it got a total of two seasons for 39 episodes. The 2011 Thundercats series didn't even get a second season. Five seasons for 100+ episodes is a very good run for the Nick TMNT series.
