The trailer looks great, but thinking he needs to have the dead, pale skin thing going on more regularly. Unless the reveal (per Bloodshot canon) is that much of what we saw were memory implants where he perceives himself to be still be "normal".

The movie is about a soldier whose brought back from the dead and used as a weapon. Doesn't that remind of you a certain movie?

The Valiant IP's were split from copyright many years ago and the original Gold Key characters were picked up by Dynamite. So you won't ever get a Solar, Turok or Magnus Valiant movie with any kind of Valiant continuity.

The original "universe concept" for these movies had a deal that was penned in this direction:
Bloodshot | Harbinger | Harbinger Wars

But then Sony somehow lost the rights to Harbinger to Paramount, so now everything is a mess.

I'd like to see an X-O flick as well - Conan the Barbarian becomes Iron Man. The good news though is that Bloodshot is a direct story and canon tie to Valiant's Rai character, which really is their best IP - especially nowadays. So if Bloodshot does well I think it would be amazing to get a Rai flick. Imagine Alita Battle Angel meets Bloodshot meets the Matrix.
