Today was a cool day day to get to work.
not only was it like 30 degrees or something, but I had a box or two of Turtles thanks to my students and Tom at myteefine stuff. The 4 talking Turtles and Shredder, a couple of the new TMNT bikes, a Venus De milo figure and classics including 2 hockey players, a fireman, Mutagen Man, the 4 rock n rollers, the excellent Anthrax, Shredder, Tokka and Rahzar. And, I forgot, the Toon Turtle Cycle. I kept looking at Bob's pics in his thread on that one, and I thought it was pretty cool. And having them on the table got a few of the students excited!!! I got a 1989 sewer playset I've been looking for, it's pretty neat. Still factory sealed.

This came in the mail for me today. 1990 OOZEY MISB. I've opened it to inspect the contents and Foot Ooze (not sure if it turned to water or not). I hope to display it soon!

Got a 1988 Rocksteady, loose/complete with backer card in the mail today. One step closer to completing my collection of 1988 first wave figures

I'm expecting the Rock n Roll figures and the Universal Monsters version of them. My next goal is to the buy the movie star figures and another NECA set as well as the Alien Hunters TMNT.

I ordered a vac metal Fugitoid figure and a free FCBD #1 direct from Mirage. They have a $20 unsigned option and a $40 signed by Laird option. I went with the $20 option to save some cash.
Imagine my suprise when I opened the packages and saw this: Sorry if posting a comic pic in this thread aggravates the forum 5-O, but I am too pumped not to show it off as well. My theory is that since the sig on the box is a little smeared they decided to just throw it in as an "upgrade" to my order...or the Mirage folks are just cool. |
