A second chance for Venus de Milo? - Page 5

Now that I've had time to sit on it, I'd do different things with her.

First, by not making her "one of the turtles" and make her a separate entity.

Second, by making her much older.

Third, making her look very different. I've thought it would be cool if she was a sea turtle of some kind...thus give some logic behind naming her "Venus De Milo".

Fourth, by making her another "alternative elder" to Splinter when the turtles start wanting to branch out and start thinking differently from what he's taught them. Because that's what teenagers do. Sure, Casey and April fill a similar role, but they're not in the same "age group" as Splinter.

But since her first incarnation from Chinatown, how about Koreatown?

Be better without having trouble with the American slang. But someone who experienced city life too, but in a different town.

If her Chinese origins are kept, make her into a practitioner of Shaolin so that she can hold her own in a fight. If they're going to keep the mystical elements, she would be a Wu Shaman. Why Saban called it "shinobi magic" really boggles the mind to this day. A "shinobi" is another word for "ninja" and a male ninja at that.

Mike and Don might welcome her with open arms but she would have to earn Leo and Raph's trust as well as learn how to keep up with them.

I think the fans do make an appearance in one episode though, I don't think they were a toy exclusive but I may be wrong. She did have those balls in the pilot. I always assumed the fans were like Kitanas and were bladed.

The thing is The Next Mutation turtles never really used their weapons leo had this cool gimmicky scissors sword and it was used like twice.
