There was only ONE instance of the FW TMNT using a shortened version of their names?

According to this Youtube video, there was only one instance of the 80s TMNT using a shortened version of their names (nicknames) on the show.

Was this really it? There was never another time in the show they were referred to as Donnie, Raph, Leo, etc? I re-watched nearly the entirety of the show last year, and...I never caught that. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

As far as I'm aware, that's it. Donatello was called "D" and "Donster" a couple of times but I'm not sure if those count.

Not sure if this counts either but in season 9, Carter called Donatello “Donny-T” a couple times.

In the episode What's Michelangelo Good For, when Michelangelo broke into Dr Lesseau's lair and asked Donatello after he undid his shackles to tell that man what he's won, Donatello said "Right Mike".
