https://twitter.com/NECA_TOYS/status/956972364348182528 Maybe Shredder and the Foot won't be ready by Toy Fair after all ...

That's a shame. I wish they'd at least show photos at ToyFair of what they have so far.

Though it's just speculation at this point, Randy kind of hinted towards a possibility of a Shredder helmet from the 1990 movie being made.

If they do their research, I'm 110% down for this.

Most recent update in regards to Shredder / Foot. Nothing new ... but hopefully everything is coming along together okay.

I'm hoping that, given the guy that was doing it is no longer working for NECA, that it's not seriously delayed (or ends up being canceled).
So sick of collector-oriented TMNT lines never really growing much past the 4 turtles. |

Oh man ... I sincerely hope that's not the case. Randy can be very candid on Twitter, so it may be a duty to pose the question to him if this series will be delayed with Trevor leaving. Hopefully not as I'm holding faith that a situation like that could only be worst case scenario.

Highly doubtful. Just annoyed that the baby turtle pack has been sculpted for nearly a year and still hasn't dropped. We'll be lucky to see the next figure in time for Christmas.
Tokka told me Trevor was the main sculptor for the TMNT line but not the only one.

So we're probably looking at a June / early summer release date for the Foot and then possibly a September / fall release for Shredder, eh?
Things could always change ... but that seems like the most "guesstimate" worthy release time frame.

I know this is an older post I’m answering, but can’t hurt right? I’m watching secret of the ooze on blu ray currently, and he has that cape on for a little longer than the first movie....it really does look like the same prop, but I can’t tell if the ribs are in it to make those gnarly folds...as for fabric, it looks like sateen (Sp?) not satin.

It's already almost April. We would have seen pre-orders go up for it already if that were the case.

Good point ... Leonardo was released in June and his pre-order went up around February. Looks like I'm way off there.

I took it as pre-order would be available. Maybe I'm just a pessimist though. I'm hoping it means maybe we will get some pics world turtle day though.
Also I've been told May for the baby pack.
