Is there any concerns about these selling out for good any time soon? Or do we anticipate Leo and Raph getting back in stock, etc.? I like... don't have money to buy these now. Maybe in a few months.

There could be periodic restocks for a little bit, but I would not expect it to last months. NECA only made as many as GameStop ordered.

Any that I had to cancel were due to difficult buyers, not a lack of stock.

So, I'm curious about what will happen if GameStop files bankruptcy in June or July like I heard mentioned on the news a couple of nights ago. Like, will they continue to sell these if they get more in? Or will all future orders go to somewhere else? Or will they just refund any after a certain date?

Impossible for any lover of the first film to not think these things are fantastic. These figures, along with the Injustice 2 - TMNT DLC, might be my favorite new ninja turtle products to come out in the last decade or more. The 2012 cartoon and IDW book both have special moments, but don’t always quite capture that old-school TMNT-vibe I fell in love with. These products do.

Maybe it’s my imagination, but they look even better once you get them out of the box.

Filing for Bankruptcy isn't exactly indicative of a company that is about to go out of business. It just means that they have to reconsoildate on their debt. If they cannot pay back their debt and are left with no choice but to file for Chapter 7, then that means they will foreclose on their business and have to purge all of their stock (much like TRU did before they went under.)

To answer your direct question though, if Gamestop closes its doors its assets from the company will be turned over to the lenders and future exclusives (as well as which stores can sell current stock) will be settled in court.

I called my local gamestop and they said they can't do an order at all. Really confused.

After the initial pre-orders sold out last week, the second wave was only up for less than one day. By Friday evening/Saturday morning everything was Sold Out again, as far as I'm aware.

I went to my place cash in hand specifically because I don't trust the online stuff. The manager told me that it's entirely up to NECA when they are available again. They let GameStop know, and then GameStop can place orders until they're told to stop. And it's a very small window.

Just FYI, even the GameStop employees over here were griping about missing out. They each wanted a set of their own, but are not allowed to call "dibs". So while the system isn't perfect, it's a NECA thing.

Mine are on their way and are supposed to come by tomorrow. Here's hoping. Good luck everybody else.

My local GameStop held them for me until Monday and when I went to pick them up they told me had I not picked them up they would have divided them up amongst themselves.
