That's the behind the scenes thing I said they'd show.

I hope that ends up a special feature on the (4K) Blu-ray and even the DVD. Better yet, an extended version.

Also, movie cast appearances this week:

Monday, 3/20
The Today Show: the listings only mention the movie, so just what they'll cover is anyone's guess
Late Show with Stephen Colbert: Bryan Cranston

Tuesday, 3/21
Harry: R. J. Cyler

Wednesday, 3/22
Jimmy Kimmel Live: Bill Hader

Thursday, 3/23
Access Hollywood Live: Becky G

In my own local listings, Entertainment Tonight will air in a 12 midnight time slot on Friday the 24th on WLNYH, and will feature the red carpet premiere of the movie, and will have Bryan Cranston and Elizabeth Banks.

Comingsoon.net listed what they thought were the 10 best monsters of all-time. I'm glad to see the Terror Toad was listed. He was my favorite.

The Los Angeles Times interviewed Haim Saban. He's actually concerned about Beauty and the Beast affecting the reboot's box office performance.

Solicit for #16 of Boom's series is out. Tommy faces his dark mirror in morphed form ending the current leg of the storyline.

The reboot is supposedly breaking ground for a superhero film.

Spoiler:
Power Rangers is breaking down a barrier no superhero movie has before. The Lionsgate reboot of the '90s children's TV show is the first big-budget superhero movie to feature an LGBT protagonist.

During Power Rangers' second act, there's a scene in which the titular heroes learn that the Yellow Ranger Trini (Becky G) is coming to terms with her sexual orientation, with one character assuming she's having "boyfriend problems," and soon realizing that perhaps she's actually having "girlfriend problems." It's a small moment, but one director Dean Israelite calls "pivotal" for the entire film.

"For Trini, really she's questioning a lot about who she is," Israelite tells The Hollywood Reporter. "She hasn't fully figured it out yet. I think what's great about that scene and what that scene propels for the rest of the movie is, 'That's OK.' The movie is saying, 'That's OK,' and all of the kids have to own who they are and find their tribe."

Micahel Sorich's voice acting for the Terror Toad was absolutely perfect. He sounded like he was having the time of his life recording it and also gave the monster the feeling like he was having a blast devouring the rangers and kicking butt.

Too bad that wouldn't even save the movie from possibly failing at the box office.

This is wonderful news for the Autistic community. I have students with learning disabilities and when they see this film, it will be nice to have a character they can relate to. I hope they do this kind of portrayal correctly.

The original cast will be at the film's premiere tomorrow. It seems that Jason David Frank is finally ready to move past his grudge with Austin St. John.
