Best 88 Season episode?
I haven't the 88 Season for quite a while, so i voted for what was my most memorable episode, which usually the better ones, that stick in you're mind. Don't think anybody's done this poll before. Lets see a lot of votes so we can get a clear picture of the best, the ok, and worst episodes of the season.
It was between Mean Machines, Case of The Killer Pizzas, Enter the Fly, Curse of Evil Eye or Return of the Technodrome. I just had to go for Return of the Technodrome! I think it's likely it will come out tops!!!

I voted for "Enter: The Fly" spontaneously. I got that ep together with "Case of the Killer Pizzas" on VHS for X-Mas 1990 (I was almost 8 ) and was already scared when I saw that it had a "12 years and over" rating.
 The episode was pretty violent for the old series with Krang trying to kill Baxter and April being poisoned. |

I love Curse of the Evil Eye.
Shredder showed some pretty cool moves and fearlessness (especially since he had no helmet!) in that show, especially after the turtles got their asses kicked so easily by Baxters blob monster!

If I had to say the worst, I would say "New York's Shiniest". I'm not too fond of robot cops. Or turtle-shaped fireworks.

Hmmm...
A tie between Enter the Fly and Case of the Killer Pizzas. Those aree two episodes I remember quite fondly from about 10 or more years ago. I saw Return of the Shredder and New York's Shiniest recently. I thought Return of the Shredder was pretty good (especially with Peter "Optimus Prime" Cullen as the voice of the leader of the Crooked Ninja Turtle Gang  ). New York's Shiniest...not so much.

I loved this season! I have every episode on tape, and like all of them.
But if I had to choose one, I would have to pick "Return of the Technodrome" because it had everything you could ask for in a TMNT episode and a RED Krang! |

Case of the killer pizzas! I dont remember many of the other ones but that one was the best. Why does eveyone like Return of the technodrome so much? Im postive Ive seen it maybe I havnt

I loved them all. But the ones that really stand out for me is "Return of The Shredder", "The Incredible Shrinking Turtles", and "Enter: The Fly".

I hated Baxter as the fly so I picked "Curse of the Evil Eye" I always loved the music in the episode especially when they have to battle all the monsters that Baxter creates with the helmet.

REturn of the TECHNODROME IS BY FAR my most fav season 88 ep. THAT EP IS # ONE WITH ME so far. IT was the best with all the action, being one with the technodrome returning and backround music etc. Return of the fly is MY 2nd FAV BECAUSE IT WAS A LANDMARK EP AND THAT KRANG EXECUTED KRANG BECAUSE HE SAW NO USE FOR A HUMAN and bebop and rocksteady are back,.

Yeah I like Killer Pizzas but I dont love it! LOL I like "Invasion of the Turtle Snatchers" and "Night of the Dark Turtle" those are my 2 favorite over all TMNT old show episode pre red sky!

"Invasion of the Punk Frogs" was always a favorite of mine, though I sorta wish they only had 2 or 3 frogs instead of 4.

But who knows when that was recorded since the tape says 1988-1989, it could have been after the first airings. |
