Yeah all of the above were sweet. Great weekend in college football. I just wish washington could have held on! Man I hope usc loses a game or two this season.

Anyway, fantasy football... I have Romo...therefore I win a lot

Only one of my teams...the other one did not look very good except for the first half. The Beavers lost big time against UCLA. Oh well, there is always next weekend. This weekend should not be too difficult for CU against Baylor.

Be careful, alot of times when things appear easy they can turn into a struggle. Every team has a few of those possible "trap games" on their schedule.

So true, and I was just about to say that. Also, a lot of times, after a big win, teams ease off and are subject to an upset.

I just want Notre Dame to win a damn game sometime this year.

I don't get to post this very often, so I am going to take full advantage of it today:

How about them TarHeels beating Miami!! UNC crushed them in the 1st half, but then Miami came out strong in the 2nd half. Was one heck of a game, and a great win for the program.

In Butch we trust!!

I am in Wisconsin and a Packers/Badgers fan. The Packers are 4-0 and Brett Favre is breaking all kinds of records. I watched the Packers practice this summer in Green Bay, and visited the Hall of Fame. Tomorrow, 'Da Bears are goin' down.

Was a great game. I watched it off and on. I love it when UNC beats miami. It happens about once every 4 or 5 years in recent past.

But how about #2 USC losing to STANFORD! Awesome!
or #5 Wisconsin losing to Illinois! Also Awesome!
or #8 Kentucky going down.
or #12 Georgia losing to unranked Tennessee

Great weekend of football I'd say. And Notre dame finally got their first win! Good day.

Wow!! USC losing to Stanford?

My teams are 2-0 for the weekend. Kansas State lost to Kansas after defeating Texas, who lost to OU over the weekend.

Pats are 5-0
UConn football is 5-0
The sox are up in the playoffs

All is good for me right now. I feel spoiled. Once UConn gets to play against ranked teams like south florida and Rutgers, they won't be perfect anymore. I am optomistic about their game against Louisville though

GO TRIBE!!

...though I'm annoyed that every publication is just talking about the Yankees and calling Cleveland 'pesky' and all that. Give us our DUE! Reporters are supposed to be unbiased. Stupid reporters, give us some credit.

That Bills/Cowboys game last night was crazy....normally if a qb turns the ball over that many times (Romo had 5 ints and a fumble) you can forget any chances of that team winning, but they were still able to survive....gotta hate it for those bills fans..wait, Im a jets fan, no i dont haha!!

The Dallas/New England matchup is going to be a good game, I am rooting for Dallas!!

Unfortunately, I don't think the cowboys-pats game will be as great as expected. The cowboys are extremely overrated this season. I mean, look what happened against the Bills.

So in other words, Go Pats.

^ Oh man I know. While watching the game I was so into it that I didn't realize how amazing the comeback was. It was a 1 in 100 shot. First you have to score, then you have to recover the onside kick (which is hard as hell) then you have to gain 15 yards in like 10 seconds, then you have to make the field goal... twice! thinking about it now... it was awesome.

Congrats, I like seeing young teams go deep into the playoffs (and I hate the Yankees bit time). Good luck the rest of the way.

I dunno...i think it will be a good game...The cowboys are for real...yea, they squeaked by the Bills but I think that goes to sho how good the cowboys are...even with the potent offense not firing on all cylinders, the defense was able to clamp down enough to keep it close...

Thanks... I was wondering if ANYone else was a baseball fan!

Game one against the Sox tomorrow. I can't wait.

(And another annoyance... people assuming I only like the Indians because they're winning. I've been through forever of disappointments and high with them.)

GoooooOOOOOO Tribe!!
