as Vol. 1 went along they started to get lazy and carless.

in Leonardo's Micro series when one of his elbow pads gets cut off there's a panel where his naked elbow got painted brown!

the laziness got worse with Return to NY with the Shredder Clones painted Solid Red, Blue and Purple.

and City of War the Turtles sometimes have white bottom lips.

it so disappointing.

But it does seem like it's possible, just depends on a couple factors i'm not at liberty to discuss, which look to be slow to move. I will continue to prod at it and keep folks updated if things develop.

While a little hopeful that's pretty disappointing we won't be able to see it released anytime soon. The Vol 3 Turtles is one of the few I haven't read just because of how hard it is to find.
