The two-packs of Mutations (Raph and Shredder, Raph and Mike, Leo and Don, and Leo and Foot Soldier) came with a smaller can of ooze that was recycled when they made the line of 2007 CGI Movie Mutatin' turtles, and each of those has a can of ooze with goo the color of his bandana. The Australian, British, and Canadian cans (I THINK) have a baby turtle inside.

Edit: I can get you a MOC 1990 Fugitiod pretty cheap.
