Miniature classic line figures?

Hi all,

Take a look at this, have anyone seen this miniature Leo figure before? Where does it come from? Does anyone on here own one, or even one of the other three?

I am 99.99% sure I had one of these as a kid, but I cannot for my life remember what happened to it. One day it was just gone. I still have the belt to prove I had it though. I've been wondering forever if these actually existed.

I can't tell from the picture, but is it perhaps one of the figures that came bundled with the DVD of the classic cartoon?

Maybe it's from the "Mini Mutants" line of the classic figures?

Pretty certain the season 7 slice figures have non-removable weapons, and the have painted initial on the belt buckle, this one have the whole buckle painted yellow.

Looks more like a bootleg of sorts.

Mini Mutants are smaller though, and have a different articulation scheme then the regular figures.

Wow, never seen one of those before. Probably bootleg as those above me have said. What a cool find.

Looks really good for a bootleg (aside from the yellow painting on the belt)

Definitely not from the dvd "slices", as I have all four and they have no articulation, and weapons molded to hands as others said. Cool fig, though!

Could it be a Our Power Five turtle that came with the mech robot? I remember those where smaller in size.

They were made in weird colors (silver chests and monochrome limbs) and didn't have belts or accessories.

The miniature Leonardo is a bootleg from another country. It was most likely made between 1989 and 1991.

I bought one in a Dollar Store or adjacent back in the early 90s. I'll try to find it one day.

In addition to what you've said, I checked and the figures that came with the DVDs also have painted weapons, so there goes my idea!
