Typically people post if they've updated a story, not so much art. Back when people had their own websites (like geocities), people would post site updates about art and stories.

You can necropost your own art threads if you want, that's fine..

I have a plotbunny for my next fanfiction! It's working title is War and Pizza.
It will involve a race of aliens with a peculiar agenda, and will also feature April as more of a fighter.

I ship Splinter/April, so that may be an aspect as well.
