Google Gumby. The Nick representation or "stylized" art style of the modern Turtles always makes me think of Gumby and Pokey.

Still on target from the last Mikey update. I want mine too- remember I am not just a store, but also a collector. All these Asian country members getting theirs makes me jealous as well!

Fortunately there's only a slight delay. It might be tight, but you could still have Mikey in hand for Christmas.

From where?

It'll probably be Jan for me (from forbidden planet). At least it's something to look forward to after crimbo.

It's the inlay of the Turtle Takedown set from the 4kids turtles by Playmates.

How annoying! I could have one too... Unless forbidden planet are waiting for Mikey (part of the same pre-order for me)...

Guess it will be fine. I'm here and there up until Christmas anyway. Probably miss the delivery.

I received my full set earlier this week. I am really impressed with all of these figures. There are so many accessories to choose from its difficult some times deciding how to display them all. Really makes me excited though to see some other classic characters from the 87 toon. And I'm especially interested to learn if we may see some 2k3 or Mirage turtles if this line proves to be a success.

I hope they do 2K3 turtles, we really need a decent set from what I consider to be the best TMNT show.

So do I. The 4Kids tv show is my favorite incarnation of the Turtles. And as far as I'm concerned Neca can make the 7" scale movie turtles should they desire to. They've more than proved they can handle that property full stop. My only hope is that the 2k3 turtles and the movie turtles are different heights. If the 2k3 turtles around 6.3" and the movie turtles around 6.75" then I'll be totally satisfied.

As I've said before, personally I hope they just stick the the original toon versions for now. I don't want anything to distract or delay them from giving us the rest of the core OT characters. If they wanted to do another version of the turtles, I'm sure they would say they'd come back to the original toon characters, and I'm sure they would have the best will in the world too, but honestly I've seen enough action figure history to know any diversion could put finishing the original toon characters in danger. And I really can't support that idea. Focus on the original toon characters first I say, save any other versions till later.

I think I agree with you here. I am not sure they will even go beyond 10 figures. More OT would be perfect. Baxter Fly, April, Shredder, Splinter, Casey, beyond those guys and the sales I think start to drop off. Plus the turtles have similar moulds, so these would be more expensive to produce. Figuarts isnt usually scared of costs, but they do tend to pass them along to consumers. Its not unheard of them to have $50 and $75 figures in the same line.
