New Technodrome TMNT Contest- Biggest TMNT Fans!
Want to show off your TMNT fandom and pick up a chance to win the TMNT movie video game and/or a reprint of the Volume #1 TMNT comic? The Technodrome is now holding a contest to find the biggest TMNT fans! Just choose the category that best describes you (Biggest Overall TMNT Fan, Biggest Fan of a Particular Character, Biggest Fan of a TMNT Universe or Most "Unusual" TMNT Fan) and the way you want to show us your fandom (Pictures, Video Clips, Sound Clips, or Essays) for your chance to win! Two winners (one grand prize and one runner-up) will be chosen for each category. Feel free to be as creative as you want! For more information on the contest, prizes, and entry rules, visit the Contest Page. Good luck!

Oh boy...
So uh, is there any limit to the size of our submission?

For essays, the limit is 500 words or less. For media types, we have filesize limits posted on the contest page, but as for the actual length for the video and sound clips, I'd say anything under 10 minutes would be fine.

Just so you know, Krang and I have been planning this contest since mid-April (there were some delays for various reasons), so any events/forum discussions etc. that came since then had no influence on the topic or design of it. The contest is open to TMNT fans of all kinds, if you choose to participate in it.

Heh, I'm definitely a knack for unusual.
Just ask the others.

BTW, just wanted to remind everyone that the contest ends on July 21, 2007 at 11:59PM CDT, so there are less than two weeks left. For those of you who are planning on entering, please keep that date in mind so that you have enough time to get your entries finished and submitted. Remember, this contest has nothing to do whatsoever with how big your collection is, how long you have been a fan, or how much money you have spent on the TMNT. As it says on the contest page, we're just looking for effort, originality, and suitability to the category that you chose, so TMNT fans of all kinds are welcome to enter. Don't let the title of the contest scare you away from entering, as it's not meant to be taken literally. If you're reading this right now, you're already a big enough TMNT fan to qualify for the contest, so send us something unique that you've put some work into and you'll have a good chance of winning. |
