I'm relatively new here, but I'd like to see what you guys (and gals!) think of this tale I've been working on. It's set in its own universe with some elements from most of the various TMNT incarnations- mainly the first movie, OT series, and 2K3. There are a few minor details from the comics as well, but mostly the characters are a mix of OT and 2K3 characters (I'm going to eventually include a FEW references to the Nick show- but NO Don/April pairing. She's with Casey in this!) It's an adventure-romance (yeah, I know some folks complain about shipping, but give it a chance, please) with lots of action, some familiar characters (only ONE OC here) and some really fun twists along the way! Oh, and it kind of goes without saying due to subject matter that this is a rated-M story. Plus there's violence, Raph's foul-mouth, and some torture and other graphic stuff later on.

Thanks! I think it turned out pretty well considering I originally started it when I was in sixth grade back in 1990 (shortly after the first movie came out. It started because of a really weird dream I had- don't ask....) and only recently dusted it off for an overhaul/rewrite. The original version was based almost entirely on the OT universe (hence some of the cmapier elements early on), but after watching the 2K3 one, I started adding more of the darker elements from it to balance things a bit better. Let's face it, the idea of a TMNT romance is weird enough without making it goofier with the OT tone! (And that tone really didn't fit the content well, anyway. It's closer to 2K3 or the first movie.)

I wrote stories back when I was that age, too...I wish I still had them. I wrote all sorts of cross-overs too. TMNT/Animaniacs, TMNT/Get Smart, TMNT/Star Trek:TNG, TMNT/Adventures of T-Rex (wonder if anyone remember that cartoon). I so wish I kept them.

Anyways, I so love your Raph in this story. Snarky Raph is the best.
