From what I have seen. Given I live in MD so I am a little behind the west coast. So Target is receiving cases with the following new TMNT figures
Samurai Raph
Samurai Mike
Samurai Leo
Usagi Yojimbo
Gold Shredder
Blue Splinter
baby turtle 2 pack Mike Raph
baby turtle 2 pack Leo Don
Open shell Raph
Open shell Mike

Walmart has been receiving cases with new figures too.

Fishface pink and gold

Lots of figures to collect this season. Yesterday I found a fresh case at target and have not purchased that many turtle figures in one time since fall of 2015 when all the 3rd season figures were coming out. I even left new figures on the shelf.

I am in Montgomery County, I found the Target figures at the Wheaton Target, it seems like they were hitting Targets nation wide this past weekend. On friday, people were posting on Instagram that they were hitting so I just kept going to the same target every morning at 8:01 am and found them yesterday.
Instagram has been helpful with information. Targets I believe have a more "collective distribution" Meaning if one Target gets a case of turtles, they all will within the week. It was only friday that people started finding Usagi in California and I found mine in MD on Monday. I did this with Muck Man, thankfully I literally live next to a Target.

DCPI numbers and checking the inventory system also help. When not finding turtles, I always scan a turtle to see if there is more in the back room, customer service is sometimes chill with this. Always be super nice, understanding yet argumentative, this practice works much better for my wife than for me.

I have not seen half of the walmart figures in person but they are on Ebay and Instagram which means they are out there. Walmarts I hunt are Georgia Ave, Riggs Rd, Annapolis Rd (my jam) and then some in Deleware when we visit my parents.

The big bummer with this is, I have seen all the new tales of the TMNT turtles being one per case. So out of 24 figures one is Usagi, which is a little unfair. Same with Muck Man and every repaint, so too easily a scalper might be hitting your area without you even noticing.

Also, have people noticed the influx of old purple carded Stealth TMNT figures? Its because they are currently made that way. If you see those, your store had the Tales of the TMNT figures.

I just assumed people were finding them in the back room, or something weird until I opened a case with the Leather head and Foot soldier and saw a stealth Mikey on the old purple card.

I don't think it's applicable for me because this Stealth Raph has been sitting on the peg for years. Ditto the purple card Squirrelanoid.

I have not seen restocks here for a few weeks now the racks are almost fully empty. I wish I could check every day but it is a bit of a hike for me. Do these have a different DCPI number then the normal ones?

I found them a At the Bowie Target yesterday using the DPCI 087-06-0494. I managed to get Usagi! I left the new Samuari turtles as well as the shredder/splinter repaints.

From the 2 cases I have witnessed being opened. Yes on the Usagi wave and yes on the Leatherhead and footbot wave. There is only one of each of the new figures and then a sprinkling of older figures.

I doubt we're gonna see the Samurai line or the reprints here in Norway. Last time I visited TRU, the shelfspace was 1/4th of is original size and besides XL figures and OotS, there was wave1 Mix'n Match and wave1 purplebacks of the basic line with a couple of Squirrelanoid.

That's actually pretty common here in PA as well. Seems we're getting lots of stealth tech as well for some reason. And those terrible crab shredder crap.

I asked an employee at Target if they had any turtles since the same turtles have sat there for months. He opened a case and it was Usagi wave with Leo and Ralph samurai figures. Also found that Walmart had the same figures on the pegs too.

Was able to find Usagi, saw all of the samurai turtles, but no Donnie. Kinda wish they gave the Samurai turtles different facial expressions instead of using the same ones the basic turtles had.

Got a Usagi and Samurai Raph at Walmart shockingly. Left the Mikey and Leo, and the gold Shredder looked interesting and disappointing at the same time. It's the Walmart in Orland Park, IL for any locals searching.

Made a special trip to Blaine WA yesterday and found the same assortment with no Don.
Still looking for Muckman too. I'm worried I missed it and the new stock will be the samurai Turtles wave.
