Well, obviously he left "a way out" for himself if he wanted to do Rambo 6 one day. But as is it's meant to be that he died.

Kind of makes "Last Blood" a premature title. Yeah, what do they even call it now?

I still hope it's half prequel, half sequel. Half the Nam years, narrated by Old Rambo who's also dealing with some sh**. Perhaps on the Native American reservation if the rumors are true.

I watched the U.S. BluRay over the Christmas break, and was surprised at how short it was.

Well they called the second one First Blood: Part 2 so theyd probably just do that again. Especially since its coming off the events of 5.

I really like the half prequel half sequel idea. He could tell his backstory to someone while they prepare for whatever the threat is. Its in my Blood even fits for the title. How fighting has become part of who he is.

But who would he fight? Local authorities would bring things full circle nicely. Like, the government is trying to build an oil pipeline through some Native American sacred land and he goes to war over it.

Something like that sounds good. Going against government figures again in a peaceful setting. One of them could be corrupt and hires a team to force people out.

If it was some kind of origin story I think my title is a perfect fit. Not that theyd actually use it but something along the lines of being second-nature to him.

The funny thing about this news is that when I read the book, I noticed that based on how they described Rambo he had to be like 25 or less, Stallone was actually too old when he played Rambo the first time around!

He’s done Expendables 4 (still have not seen any) and Samaritan (I thought it was pretty good). I know it would depend when it gets made but he could still play Rambo.

Like I said...take your half prequel/sequel idea and give him 1 big fight scene at the end.

Now that you mention it, I have the vague memory of a Rambo comic kickstarter sometime back that was a hardcover signed by Stallone..... whatever happened to that? Or was that an Expendables comic?
