act 3 should be even quicker with no new elements needed.

after a whole crap load of 1 and 2 fixups,
Act 3 setup gets started tonight. This should go even faster than the first two. No new backgrounds to complete. no real shape animation, and no new characters. everything needed is already done. it's basically just animation.

still some bugs to work out, but this is why I update. 2013 vrs 2017.
When I do Big Blow Out, it will be MUCH slower. not sure where I will go from there so want to make it last. |
