"Relax guys, it's just his production company. Michael Bay won't have anything to do with the movie."

Now where have I heard that before...?

A lot of people seem to forget that the Dora we all know ended back in 2014.

A CGI sequel series staring an older Dora called "Dora and Friends" is whats airing now and is possibly what this new movie will be based on. So there's a good chance characters like Boots and Swiper won't even be in the movie since they've only showed up one or twice in the new show.

OMG! ROFLMAO!! Okay, I can't take any of this seriously, but now I think I have to go see it just on principle. This looks like it will be (unintentionally) funny as HECK! I mean, the producers of True Lies? That explains EVERYTHING. Also, yup- Michael Bay's fingerprints are ALL over this thing!

It seems that Bay just makes movies for his own entertainment nowadays.

So, regardless of age or demographic, the Dora movie will be for anyone that likes his taste in directing movies.

Sorry, that's about the best theory that I could come up with.

Recent casting for the film has included Eugenio Derbez.

Plus, Micke Moreno will be playing Diego and Adriana Barraza will portray Dora's grandmother, Abuela Valerie.

Here is a first look at Isabela Moner in costume. I'm glad that her look is mostly true to the original.

That's sickeningly cute and that actress was really good in Sicario 2.

We need to CGI that and make her head ten times bigger than her body like Charlie Brown. Its not Dora with out a big head.

She's cute which is not what I expected to be describing the live action movie of Dora to be, she could be a little more brown and anyone have pics of her speaking Spanish? I saw she's from Peru and Peruvians have one of the most horrible Spanish accents in Latin America, if she's going to speak any Spanish they should've chosen someone with a more neutral tone from either Mexico or even Chile.

Why is Dora not a child? I mean the tv show is geared towards children but now it got adults attention more lol.

I wonder if the movie will do the 4th wall breaking that the animated series does? Where Dora is talking to the audience whose watching.
