NECA TMNT Speculation Thread. 2016 and beyond - Page 4

Hm so Randy said the "there is a reason" the announcement will be on a Monday. Typically on NECA's Twitter feed Monday's are "Monster Monday's", so I'm guessing Monday's reveal is horror or Kaiju related.

We are about a month and half from comicon. I would expect we will be seeing updates on the Q scale Henson turtles soon (sculpts of the others, accessories for Donnie). Then maybe teasers of what they will be showing at SDCC.

At this point I am confident that we will be seeing retro video game turtles for their video game appearance line.

Update* but WAIT! Isn't Monday the release date for Mutants in Manhattan?! Omg I'd die and go to heaven if they are doing a line of toys for the new game.

Mutants in Manhattan is Tuesday, but still super close to that day!

I just found out World Turtle Day is May 23rd. The signs are looking good for this to be a TMNT related reveal!

Chances are whatever NECA announces today may be comic or video game related. I saw that they tell someone on Twitter that they won't announce any more movie-related TMNT until after the release of Donatello.

Am I the only one that wants to see 1990 movie TMNT in the 4 inch Playmates scale? I have room for that, not 4 7" Turtles, or the other characters.
