Connor O'Bain's customs

Hola Chaps and Chappettes!
Its Been a while but I am kickstarting my creative side in the hopes that I can finish off some of the many (many) customs TMNT customs i have on the go.

and this time instead of spamming up the forum with multiple threads I am just going to have one thread of which i will be updating with new customs and new photos of old customs as i have a new photo set up.

Most of these customs will be for sale unless otherwise stated so if you are interested shoot me a PM.

Anyway! First up is my latest custom Krang in his android body!

Krang is made from a Hero Mashers Juggernaught body/Colossus head with sculpted details. Krang himself is full sculpted but non removable. He stands 7.5 inches tall and has 10 points of articulation.

As always comments/thoughts/criticisms welcome.

You need a piece of cellophane to complete it.

I'm just getting started custom painting figures, what type of paint do you use? I got acrylic matte and it came out horribly...so I need to get the right kind.

I use Citadels and Vallejos. I get them at my comic shop, but they're available online, too.

That Krang looks really good. I'm surprised at how well the Hero Mashers base works for him.

As always seeing pics of that Bludgeon blow me away with the quality and amount of dedication you must've put into making it. Makes me wish that we'd get official figures that look that good.

You sir, make great customs!

Thank you

Up next, karai.
Made from the sentinel wave x-23 figure with sculpted details.
Stands 6 inches tall.
17 points of articulation.

This was my last custom before taking a break and looking at it after that break there are a few things i would like to change but in the mean time here she is.

Not so interesting fact the claws from x-23's feet became the front most blades on her shredder gauntlet

as always comments/thoughts/criticisms welcome

Hello Technodromers!

Latest custom from me, Mutagen man version 2. used the nick turtles Mutagen man main body but completely scratch built the limbs and interior from polymer clay and hot glue. The limbs are jointed using magnets which lets them be interchanged and like the last one has a light up feature (which doesn't show up too well in these photos)

Not 100% happy with him but i recon by the next one (and there will be) I might be close to it but as always comment/thoughts/criticisms welcom

You got Cryin' Houn down pat, that's for certain.

Your take on Karai is also neat.

Very cool stuff.

I've recently started dabbling in Customs but haven't completed any projects yet. I like to take a look at what people are doing, and it's very inspiring.

Your ideas are outside the box and you execute them well. Nice work.

I’m looking forward to seeing this one. Vid vicious to my knowledge has never had a custom made of him.
