You know I always felt like Jason Biggs wasn't going to stick around for the entire run of the show, but I always figured he'd be around for at least half of it. But if they're getting rid of him in the middle of Season 2, then the new Leo voice will be there for the majority of the shows run.
I expect the Nick show to last at least 5-7 seasons, so its a shame if Jason Biggs really is fired at the beginning of the series. |

I just really do not like this other Leo voice. I know some people say they can't tell but it's blatant to me. Re watched this episode and barely paid attention to the first half because I was just sitting waiting to hear Leo speak.
This new voice, at times has the same tone of voice as jason, but Jason's has a little more inflection and emotion to it, where this one is just very monotone

Hahah I had the same reaction. Greg Cipes is faaaaaaar from emo. He's one of the most energetic people I've ever seen.
But man, Jason Biggs. Hope he's not out for good! I loved him as Leo, perfect blend of nerdy and stern. |

I agree. Greg Cipes is perfect for Mikey, and so is Jason Biggs for Leo. I hope neither of those two get replaced, ever.

He sounded like he had a sore throat in the Fungus Humongous episode, too.

Did anyone check the end credits? If Biggs is replaced (possibly for this episode only?) his name won't be there right?
I can't watch it yet atm. |

I'd hate to see JB go, but if he's re-casted with a competent v.a. that I'm ok with it. It does happen a lot in the world of animation. Rick |

The thing that I mentioned was if he is the new Leonardo, why didn't they treat him like a primary voice, instead of listing him with all the secondaries? |

More importantly why is April listed as, "princess?"
When was this established? |

I honestly didn't even notice the voice change. If it is permanent, the new guy sounds like he'll do fine, at least from the 5 or so lines he had in this episode.

that's what happens when you hire actors for their names to be on a kids cartoon series. |

I wasn't big on Jason Biggs (hehe) being cast as Leo's voice prior to watching the Nick series, but IMO he has done a good job - a really good job, and whatever I may think of him personally, I can't fault his performance.
I'd be surprised if he were recast. The Nick show has a very tight production team behind it who've made more good decisions than bad, so if they did recast Leo's voice, I'm sure the person they chose would be someone who could continue to bring the depth and emotion to Leo's VA that we've come to expect. |

Man, the new guy is like a dead ringer for Biggs! I wasn't even aware it was a different actor until I heard Black Nerd mention it on his review of the "Pizza Face" episode.

I honestly couldn't tell the voice change too much, but it is still very minimal once I watched it again. He sounds like he'll do fine so far IMO, but I do hope Jason Biggs doesn't get fired, because he is better.
