Oh, I never forget.

(But seriously, the 50/75/100 death only makes sense. Pretty sure there wasn't one in 25, there was no one important enough yet. Unless you want to count the Savate dying from everyone's memory. If it weren't for my early re-read, I would have forgotten about them entirely when they showed up in Shredder in Hell!)

I have a feeling we'll see more than one major death in this arc, though. My frontrunners in order are Splinter, Hun, Hob and Karai. Maaaybe Jennika.

That's basically what I'm saying, though, and the writing's on the wall for Splinter, as it was for for Shredder, Krang, and Slash.

Jennika's on thin ice, but she's probably more of a 125 than a 100

I dunno, I could see her going down at the same time as Splinter. Trying desperately to save him, noble chunin type $hit.

I missed this earlier.

I really don't think we'll see Hun die anytime soon; Casey's too close to him. I say we're heading towards an eventual falling-out with Casey feeling a ton of regret and self-disgust and how he pretty much turned into his old man.

And Hob's still got way too much potential. If Hob dies, I riot.

Oh man, Hob's in it for the long haul.

I suspect he'd just...walk into the sunset and the townsfolk will say he still creeps at the edge of the woods from time to time.

You know what's got me seriously considering Jennika? The fact that the FCBD issue is called Casualty of War and comes out several months after Slash's death, halfway into City at War. Makes me think someone will die during the negotiations with Karai and that's what triggers the conflict.

Also, Hun dying at the hands of the Foot Clan or even Splinter himself would make for an amazing change in dynamics between Casey and the Turtles. You can't have conflict without inflicting horrible things on your characters that they then need to overcome...

Well that and the Tie in between the 100th issue and shredder in hell means will probably have a climax of the city at war and another pantheon story arc along with other villains like Ch'rell,Null, and maligna with hopelfully new characters both allies and enimies.

Will we ever see The Punk Frogs appear in any real capacity? I always enjoyed them in the 1987 cartoon and so little has been done with this back up team of allies.

Also, will we see any further use of Dark Water? There is that dangling plot point that could be used with Megavolt.

Can't speak much to the future, but I think it's safe to assume we'll be sticking mostly with the regular cast we've established for most of this year at least.

Anything possible in the future though!

Mirage Volume 2 was in Classics 8-10. They could use a hardcover re-release though. I think they won't get around to Volume 4 at least until Image is all fully collected and that will be awhile yet.

I'm not sure what the plan is in reprints, but yeah, I think it's a safe bet that we will wait until after the Image material is done.

Hey, what artist will be doing the rest of City at War (after #93, that is). I originally thought it'd be Dialynas but I saw in the solicitations that Wachter's doing the art for #93. Will he be doing the entirety of City at War or will we see another change later on? Not that I'm complaining, I love Wachter's art, I'm just curious since I was surprised to see that Dialynas would only do the lead-up to City at War.

I would love to see what hidden comic gems you really appreciate, Bobby.

How would you describe Metalhead switching sides? So Metalhead is an ally, a robot made by Harold Lija. He is used to house Donatello during the time his body heals. Then it/he did not appreciate being taken over and is like Donatello's arrogant duplicate from the 1987 cartoon? I have heard the ghost in a machine label, but don't fully understand it, it does have an echo of the original cartoon episode I referenced above though.
