After I didn't let someone in school she said
" you're so flaw "
That's like the most idiotic grammatical mistakes I've heard in a while.

Can't quote word for word, but overheard someone at work, who I guess might be pregnant, saying that her boyfriend's mother was telling her that she might even have twins, because twins run her her boyfriend's family.

It never seemed to dawn on her, nor the other woman she was talking to, that it doesn't work that way. Wow. Lack of education or logic ability a little bit obvious there.

So sperm coming from a lineage known for twins means nothing, it'd only count were it the female who's had twin relatives? I didn't know that either.

Far as I understand it, identical twins do not result from genetics and don't run in families. Fraternal twins can run in families (and I have a friend for whom it does and has a twin brother herself), but in that case it's of course two eggs which would be a genetic thing from the mother alone.

Maybe it's possible for a father to pass on a likelihood of it to a daughter? (Unless that's strictly through female genes.) But I don't think there's really any way for he himself to cause twins to happen.

I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario and instead of saying "Yeah, right!" or "As if!" we'd say "Nice head!"

Lisardo brings this up once in a while - In the Fred Wolf TMNT episode Plan Six from Outer Space Bebop and Rocksteady (cloaked to look human) kidnap April and take her to the basement of Channel 6. The Turtles eventually show up and just before their disguise wears off, this interesting line of dialogue happens...

DONATELLO: "Uh you two haven't seen April O' Neil, have you?"
BEBOP: "I never could see her!"

Lisa and I have both been perplexed by that line for the last couple of years. We thought perhaps it was meant to imply some sort of sexual innuendo like Bebop secretly has a boner for April or something.

Not sure I've ever quite caught onto that line. Strange indeed. o.O

Though my immediate thought right now was, "Yes, Turtles, she's been a figment of your imagination all along. You only wished the reporter was your token human friend."

Me: So you gonna hang out with Joe Fritz?
Fritz: Nah, he makes me sad.
Me: Why I thought you were cool?
Fritz: Yeah but I dunno. Somethings off about him. He smells weird.
Me: How does he smell?
Fritz: He smells like cigarettes and regret

Interesting. I would think that a man could carry a genetic tendency towards hyper-ovulation... but I'm not sure.

It's odd that there isn't a genetic link to egg division, but it would seem that it is random. Very interesting.
