Bane: Conquest sounds awesome!
Super Sons Loved it. Love Jon and I'm not even a Superman comics reader, loved Damian. Nightwing I stopped reading Nightwing as I don't see this series doing anything interesting for me. He's gone to Bludhaven, sure, but nothing has given me any indication the story arcs will come close to the greatness that was the original Nightwing run. But a review online told me Jason Todd had a cameo in this issue, so I checked it out for that. S'allright. Batman I hate this series. I hate Tom King's writing. Bruce puts Dick, Jason, and Damian in cryosleep to protect them from Bane, but BUMBLEBAT is left out to heroically save the day? Screw that. I'll stick around only to see what happens with Bane, but after this arc is wrapped, I'm done with this title. Fire Tom King.

At least Dick and Babs reconciled...even if Babs was a bit upset that Dick did'nt give her another go. Ah well, they'll be doing each other again before long, as is always the case. Just hope they remember their marriage one day.

Very, very super excited about Bane: Conquest. There is no way I can miss it. In fact, I should probably buy the Bane lead-in stuff that's going on.
Dixon and Nolan? A Bane maxi-series? It's like a dream come true. Ugh, leave that Flashpoint garbage alone.

Started reading "Super Sons". Not really familiar with the new Superboy, but I already love the dynamic between Jon and Damien. Looking forward to the next issue.

Couple of Lois and Clark pics from Patrick Zircher
I think this may be the ending of Superman Reborn with Lois and Clark moving back permanently to Metropolis (a plot point revealed by the April solits) and free to resume their lives as the Kent family more publicly |

Detective Comics:
GREAT issue. The League of Shadows is quite clever... love their feints and strategy. The Flash: Also a GREAT issue. Rogues working together like Rogues. Love Cold's decision at the end of the issue.

Action Comics
My god Clark's doppleganger goes straight for the engagement ring on the first date...he follows Lois back to Hamilton and absolutely freaks out when he sees the family having dinner. Reborn is up next. JLA Two artists worked on this one. Not a bad story, what's with the beady eyes on Bruce though? Wonder Woman Diana is in Lewis Carrol land talking to snakes, Barbera Ann becomes Cheeta again and will work for Doctor Cyber. Ferdenand comes calling on Diana. |

I am feeling disconnected as I don't hardly recognize the people on the cover. Is that Clayface,Basil Karlo specifically with Batman and strangers? Too many Bat Family! Are they acting like they have never meet The League of Assassins or is it under someone other than Sensei and revamped? Curious if we will see some serious building of The Blue Lanterns Corps. Its about time. While on the subject of Green Lantern, is Oa gone for good? I thought with the reboot Relic's deed would be undone.

Azrael as in Jean Paul Valley? Cassandra Cain, does she have a new code-name? Batwing, this is the replacement for the African which was Tim Fox? League of Shadows is not in any way connected to League of Assassins? Is it smart to use such a name as its connected to Sensei and co to be friendlier in other media? Man, last reading #881 and so much a fan doesn't get from a solicit.

Batman:
Love the parallels with Bruce and Bane as children... Ugh, wait, they're both talking to their dear mothers now. Bane is awesome though: I am not a joke! I am not a riddle! I am not <you get the idea>. Love this bit of dialogue. The twist with Catwoman and the visual juxtaposition was pretty awesome. Nightwing: I don't read this anymore. Read the review on Batman-News.com. Eh.

Superman#18 was pretty good, a shame most of the surprises (and most of the book) were spoiled by preview pages. Poor Jon.
