Since the games are sooo chocked full of bad voice acting in some and some that have cheesy lines, what are your faves?

This is an oddly specific topic. Other than the original, poorly-acted lines that were made unintentionally funny/memetic (Jill Sandwich, Chris' Blood), the series isn't really known for being quoteworthy o.O

I've always liked "Complete. Global. Saturation." though.

I don't see how. RE4 and RE5 were great games just not good Resident Evil games. Although Resident Evil 4 is debatable. Revelations was a great Resident Evil experience and RE6 looks to be like another great video game. From what I got of the trailer, Capcom seems to be trying to please all fans of the series.

I would argue that Resident Evil has always sucked, in one way or another. I think the series still has merit for very specific reasons, but that the games have certainly become a little less unique as they've evolved.

Edit: Oh, also my favourite quote from a RE game actually now comes from Raccoon City.

Agree 100%. They haven't made a good RE game since #4, IMO. My favorite one is Code Veronica.

Every word out of Leon's mouth is pure gold. "Your right hand comes off?" "No thanks, "bro"" "Senior moment perhaps?" Sooooo many more. I'm expecting nothing less of hilarious one-liners from him in RE6.
