If you go by that logic, 2012 Mikey was black, even though he was voiced by a white guy. He went from slight surfer slang to black ghetto slang as the show progressed. Hell, he used more black slang than Bebop did.

2012 Mikey didn’t really speak ebonics, he spoke street slang. Similar in style as it’s an inner city youth way of speaking. But not specific to one culture.

Though I hesitate to even bring this up, there's some debate as to whether people of Jewish ancestry are considered/consider themselves white.
And as both Leo and Don are voiced by Jewish actors, merely calling them white might not be accurate, depending on who you talk to.
