I thought so too, but whenever I brought it up in the past, many of the technodrome old timers tell me it's never been confirmed. I know Laird has been specific with Donny being his favorite, but nothing concrete from Eastman.

Out of the entire franchise, or just the movie? The reason people are speculating Raph, was because I am assuming when Eastman did a comic all his own, it was mostly on Raphael.

Well, I read the interview, and I guess it's now confirmed. Laird's favorite is Donatello and Eastman's favorite is Michelangelo.

Several times. He kept saying Mikey.

That was a pretty useless advertisement for the new film. He didn't really have anything new to say and much of what he did say was misinformed or downright ignorant. "I'd like to see a comic with the turtles in their 30's" I'm misquoting and paraphrasing, but sheesh. Research your co-creators and ol partner's most recent work on the franchise for Christ's sake.

Yeah, I'm not buying his "Mikey is my favorite" considering the past, with comics like Body Count, and him even confirming that Raph is the one he relates to the most and is his favorite to write. I think he was just saying that because Mikey is Megan Fox's favorite Turtle.

Yeah, I thought that was really odd myself. I honestly thought it might have just been a switch in favourites over the years, since that can very well happen. He did mention how much he liked 2k12's take on Mikey, which may have something to do with it.

Though of course it's still totally possible he's saying it for Megan Fox or the new movie, too.
