If it's taking this much time and dedication, it's absolutely worth the wait.

Anyone frustrated by the delays has a right to be, I would too. But i'm hoping the end product will be worth the wait.
I didn't think of the additional burden of scripting and coloring; fair enough. And it is frustrating, but I think we all appreciate the explanation and are willing to wait. I mean... it's Mateus. That guy's work is amazing.

Oh boy

Gothano and Jagwar need some more page time at some point. They're the only ones of the Pantheon who haven't gotten as much exposure as the others.

I know it's not going to happen, but I would be so thrilled if the series ended with Saki nobly staying dead and dragging the Dragon into not-coming-backness with him, completely throwing a spanner into the works with all the Pantheon stuff.

Given that the dragon appears on issue 100 that is unlikely and anti climatic.

Very, very nice!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Mateus is also a Fighting Fantasy fan, 'cause that definitely looks like an old school gamebook cover.

Cover A for issue 5 is finally up on comixology:

Also I'm not certain Mateus is the artist for the previous image I posted as I've noticed that it doesn't have his signature, I could be wrong though.

That's amazing! If the previous cover evokes a certain Fighting Fantasy-like imagery, this one would be the equivalent of a Wizard reprint.
