Anyone know anything about that RoboCop figure in some of the shots? Make? Availability?

I loved this scale but had to get rid of all of them unfortunately
They were just taking up too much room

I would hazard a guess that those are all NECA figures on that diorama display, so that is probably your best place to start.

With that bluish paintjob, I'd wager it's the Jetpack version of RoboCop

I did the same thing but kept Trenchcoat Raphael. I will at very least continue buying the 1:4 versions until 7" figures for the new characters become available.

Me too. It's nice to have diversity since 7" Raphael doesn't come with a Trenchcoat. Besides, Raphael is a loner so it's a great display piece on it's own

So NECA has posted all over social media photos of their IT Pennywise figure, that is EXCLUSIVE to Gamestop. This is in addition to the normal release.

It could be fesible, given the existing relationship between the two companies, that these rumblings we have heard of Gamestop exclusive Henson turtles are infact the Boxset versions by NECA. If so Id bet they'll be packaged individually and possibly have either additional or less accessories than the boxset. It could really be good news for everyone.

Iím banking on less accessories. The SDCC box set will be the superior set.

You seem quite concerned with the SDCC set being superior. Did you overspend on it or something?

I think most people will just be glad to get the figures in any type of packaging.

That really depends... look a at the Clamshell releases of the Mirage turtles they did. They had the connecting street scene included, same as the box set. Yes, another boxset and those little oval versions were released without the street scene but it was made avaiable both ways.

I only assume less because of the price point that was shown.

If we can actually pick these up individually without all the extra accessories and bulky box I would actually consider myself lucky for missing the preorder

These wont be movie turtles at Gamestop...that would be stupid and youre damn right I would be pissed if it was...

$22 for 4 figures=$88
The SDCC EXCLUSIVE set is 125+shipping. You're damn right I would be upset.

I bet I wouldnt be the only one to cancel SDCC set-just doesnt make business sense

I wouldnít worry. These will be head knockerís or something inferior to the SDCC set. These wonít be like the Mirage clamshell releases.

It just occurred to me that the box sets are shipping a week from today. Boy did that revelation just come crashing down on me like a ton of bricks!

Yup. Super stoked to get mine even if I already have all the 1/4 scale ones. Going to be a lot of whining next week to go with all the joy.

What night is SDCC preview night?

Preview night is always on Wednesday, and then the full con runs Thursday through Sunday.
