Its not the mirage comic, but the 80s cartoon. Against the forum rules to bash but people do it alot anyway, its pretty fasionable here now. Mirage on the other hand is held sacred, so best not to speak any less than positive opinions on it (unless you want to make some enemies).

Well i stand by what i said though, just because its old and the original doesn't mean its perfect or good (Mirage is good though don't get me wrong).
Sometimes adaptions are just better, like IDW TMNT for example thats so much better than Mirage (and yes i just made even more enemies )

The original 80's show is amazing, it's a lot of fun although it can be repetative if you watch every episode too fast one after another, but that cartoon is a lot of fun and probably the reason why 90% of the people on this forum even know what the Ninja Turtles are and even here to begin with.

Thank you. I have nothing against people criticizing the 80s toon and offering their opinions.

Its only when people start complaining about how pizza, bebop and technodrome have ruined tmnt that it gets childish. Eveb more than the people who actually like pizza, bebop and technodrome.

I like Bebop and Rocksteady, the technodrome and the pizza in that show. Infact as a kid i loved the pizza idea so much that i put mayonese and other odd stuff on my pizza once

What people forget with the 80's show is that it was aimed at kids so obviously it's going to be 'child'ish
Still a fun show to watch today though, i sometimes watch a few episodes with my girlfriend.
