In case any of my UK compadres missed my post in another thread, something useful to keep an eye on is whether packaging has the new UKCA marking on it. That will give a good indication of planned UK distribution release.

Since Brexit it is a new requirement for products to have UKCA accreditation to be sold in the UK.

Since UKCA has been in place I have seen NECA packaging (in the US) with and without it, so I believe it is a good indicator of NECA's international plans.

The original Playmates Party Wagon, Blimp, 4 Turtles and also a bad guy set are available on Amazon with UK shipping an option.

Also the Van and the Blimp are both reduced to 35USD.

I grabbed a Party Wagon so I could fulfil a childhood dream!

These don't seem to be available in the UK so good chance to grab one at a fairly reasonable price. Shipping is a bit, but still cheaper than what I can see on eBay (for these new Walmart reissues).

Bad guy set is in a nice Foot Cruiser box and contains Wingnut, Leatherhead, Mutagen Man and a Foot Soldier.

The easiest way to track it down is to find a recent link posted on the TMNT official FB page back on 16th August.

Currently a sale on at the Entertainer. Power Ranger Lightning Collection TMNT figures discounted by 2/3 to less than £23, for the Leo/Don, Mike/April and Raph/Tommy packs, meaning the three two packs are £67 total as opposed to that for each figure. I never realised how expensive it really was. Give credit to Playmates, when the Classics line launched here (nearly a decade ago), they charged around £15/figure, as opposed to Hasbro prices.

The Classic Collection line retailed at £19.99, at the time much more expensive than other collector-orientated lines like Marvel Legends and DCUC.

Looks like the new classic figures and reissues will be heading to Smyths soon. Feels much higher price wise than when the classics came out about ten years ago.

In Smyths Toys at Crayford yesterday they had the Storage Shell Turtles on the shelves, and there was also a pile of the deluxe figures on the floor (probably waiting to be put on the shelves) - the first figure on the pile was Triceraton - I lifted it up and there was a Leo in Disguise underneath - I didn't look through the rest of the pile to see if they had the other two.

Good spot! And worth remembering - cheers!

I went to Croydon yesterday and in both Toy Barnhaus and Forbidden Planet they had the Storage Shell and Deluxe (Shredder, Mikey & Leo in disguise) figures I've previously seen in Smyths, but they also had 1988-style Splinter, Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, the Foot Soldier and Leatherhead, as well as the Giant Turtles.

Spotted in B & M at Barking - the Turtles vs Street Fighter 2-packs - no idea how much they were and they only had Leonardo & Ryu.

Is there a UK release date for the figures yet? There's a header on Smyth's website for them but no listings thus far.

This Sunday the 25th.

Btw, does anyone in the UK have any ideas or advice on getting the NECA Lawson Turtle set and also the Mirage Splinter?

I slept on the Aliexpress listing (sed for Usagi, it worked a treat).

Really really want that set and Splinter, but currently no way of getting them.

Thanks

Just seen a picture on Twitter of the toys at The Entertainer. Prices are as follows:

Turtles/basic figures: £11
Ooze: £5
Role play items: £15
Figure/vehicle sets: £25
Deluxe figures: £29.99
Pizza van: £39.99

Haven't seen any other pictures/listings yet. Looking forward to heading to the toy shops tomorrow.

Looks like most of the stuff should be in Smyths today… excluding if you live in N.I.

For some reason the Smyths I visited only had the Turtles (no villains or Splinter). I asked a staff member and they claimed all the stock they had was out. Weird as I've seen social media posts where others DID pick up villains etc.

I'm really surprised and happy that these are very well priced. Just shows what can be achieved with pricing if a company really wants to apply it (hint NECA, Super7, Hasbro...).

I have to say these Mutant Mayhem figure look great!
Theres an ooze cruisin' set which has the 4 turtles, April, RS and Bebop that looks a good steal in the US. I hope it comes here too!

In other news, does anyone know where i can get the classic/retro Turtles from? I have Donatello but want the non party shell figures of the other 3

Can anyone here in the UK recommend a good site to order the BST AXN figures from? I'm after a Krang with Android body.
