Come Wednesday we'll have received seven TMNT comics in the past 11 weeks!

We also had a run of four new TMNT issues in 5 weeks, starting with TMNT #4 and concluding with TMNT #5.

Anybody else getting flashbacks of the days of Archie Adventures when it seemed like they'd publish a TMNT-related comic every other week?

I didn't buy the Infestation issues (were they any good??) so I'm down to 5 issues in 3 months. I actually don't mind it. I'm really enjoying both series, so the more the better. I think I'll be on withdrawals soon enough!! With only the main series for the next few months!!

In terms of the Archie series - the specials and alot of the mini series were really just a waste of paper (IMO) - exclusions include the Mutanimals and the first April mini of course!!

Sweet.. Appreciate it! I was actually referring to IDW having some dates released, not directed at Master Splinter, apologize for the unclear post. I know he always keeps this thread as updated as possible

I asked Bobby and he said the 30th but be "pleasantly surprised" if it comes out earlier. So I went with the 30th.

That release date for Vol. 1 No. 1 *can't* be right.

It would be nice to have cover images for these books so those of us who have a hard time finding time to hunt these down on ebay or other sites.

Got an email from IDW Weekly Newsletter and it says...

How acturate is this? I started adding #2 to the list with next weeks date but to me that seems a little soon since #1 was just released. Can anyone confirm?

I get the same newsletter and it's usually spot on. However, if they're right about those dates then Diamond and pretty much everyone else don't know about it (which is not likely). Both of those were solicited as June releases and remain on the June lists for all upcoming releases...June 6 for Color Classics #2 and June 20 for the Micro-Series TPB.

Only one way to know for sure...I'll find out from IDW...stand by.

EDIT: OK, here's the verdict, direct from Bobby at IDW:

...there's a possibility CC #2 could be next week, though a week or so after seems more likely. No chance on Micro TPB, we just approved that to print last week.
